On 125 m², our Superior Chalet with 4 bedrooms and sauna & pool provides ample space for up to 10 people. Your holiday home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with WC / shower (hairdryer available, 2 en suite, 1 bathroom with Bali-shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 separate WCs). You will be sleeping on comfortable box-spring double beds and a bunkbed.
The kitchen in our Superior Chalet with sauna & pool is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker (capsule (Nespresso) and filter machine). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.
Highlight: The private wellness area with pool (27°C) on the terrace and sauna. The accommodation is located approximately 300 m from the slopes.

Summary: Ein wirklich extrem schönes Chalet, Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Platz für gemütliche Stunden! Sehr gemütliche Betten! Der große Tisch mit den Stühlen war perfekt zum Essen in großer Runde und Kartenspielen für lustige Nächte. Der Kamin ein Eyecatcher! Einrichtung generell sehr geschmackvoll Sauna ein Traum mit Lichteffekten (Öle wären noch toll für den Aufguss) Sommercard dabei rundet das ganze ab Frühstücksservice passt frische Weckerl Ablagen im Saunabereich wäre toll und auch im Wohnbereich vielleicht eine kleine Kommode Pool war bei uns zu kalt 27 Grad es war sehr kalt draussen (Ende September) Der Pool Boy sagte uns allerdings das leider das Heizsystem nicht funktioniere und es deswegen nicht möglich ist wärmer zu heizen, hier hätten wir uns schon über eine kleine Entschädigung gefreut Die kleinen Badezimmer in den Schlafbereichen sind wirklich Mini klein mit Milchglastür die nicht ganz schließt das heisst wenn man hier Nachts zB die Toilette benutzt sitzt ma quasi mitten im Raum, gibt es hier vielleicht eine Lösung? Absonsten hat uns ein bisschen abgeschreckt die harte Ansage bei der Hausordnung (Rauchmelder 1070€ bei Fehlalarm, 200€ bei Ruhestörung usw) das kam nicht so einladen an eher einschüchternd aber wer weiß welches Publikum sich da manchmal aufhält leider muss man es ja dann auch so machen. Ansonsten Top und wir kommen wieder

Summary: Die gesamte Buchung inkl. Check in etc war sehr gut und die Organisation top. Die Lage der Hütte ist sehr gut und war für jegliche Aktivitäten ein guter Startpunkt. Das Chalet schaut beeindruckend aus und hat eine gute Ausstattung wobei der Fokus auf Design und Marke gelegt ist. Der Fokus auf Design und Marke geht leider auf Kosten der Funktionalität. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr schön allerdings so knapp bemessen dass ein dazu bestelltes Reisebett keinen Platz findet. Um es dennoch in den Raum zu bekommen muss das Bett verschoben werden was entweder das öffnen der Terrassentür oder den Zugang zum Kleiderschrank beeinträchtigt. Das erste Kinderbett war defekt der Ersatz ebenso plus verunreinigt. Wir haben unser Baby dann bei uns ins Bett gelegt und auf das Kinderbett verzichtet. Sauberkeit war auch ein weiteres Thema oberflächlich ist alles in Ordnung, hebt man allerdings - auf der Suche nach verlegtem Kinderspielzeug die Couch Polster hoch so bedauert man das sofort. Eine einfache Änderung die sehr sinnvoll wäre: ein Schuhlöffel im Vorzimmer.

Summary: Die Anlage befindet sich noch im Bau, dennoch haben die Betreiber darauf geschaut, dass alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit abläuft und für alle baubedingten Probleme eine Lösung gefunden. Fernseher ist leider kein Smart-TV
